By accessing or using the services provided by Nitvance ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nitvance provides freelance web development, SEO optimization, and digital design services. The specific details, scope, and deliverables for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

For project-based services, our standard payment structure is a 50% advance payment to commence work, followed by the remaining 50% upon project completion and before final handover or deployment. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, the intellectual property rights for the finalized design or code developed for the project will be transferred to you. Pre-existing materials, frameworks, or open-source libraries used remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Project scopes are defined in initial agreements. Significant changes or additions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges at our standard hourly or fixed rates. Minor revisions are typically included within the agreed project timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nitvance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
